Farmers and breeders were vaccinated against the flu from August 10 till August 16, 2021. The Ministry of Agribusiness and the Ministry of Social Security cooperatively organized this vaccination program in the nine districts of Mauritius. The vaccination program was carried out while following health protocols. Moreover, the Regional Public Health Superintendent at the Ministry of Health is Dr. Fazil Kodabocus. He reminded registered farmers and breeders to bring their national identity cards. The Covid-19 vaccination card is a must while going to the vaccination centers.
